Buys a home on the Contra Costa Court House Steps

We needed a house for our daughter after the rental she was in was sold out from under her. We called Kevin on Sunday morning, he sent us the weeks foreclosure list and we looked at homes all day Sunday. We emailed him our choices and maximum bids at 1 AM Monday morning and called him at 8 AM Monday morning to confirm that he received our bids.
